First and foremost, we’re recommending that all employees take precautionary measures, including frequent hand washing, social distancing, staying home when sick, and pausing
non-essential work travel.
Second, essential staff can work remotely. IT staff can monitor and maintain servers to keep them available. Backups are automated: first, disk to disk, and later, to removable media.
*We are employing the same standards taken in times of bad weather and other emergencies making it unsafe for work travel. These are tested systems we know are successful.
Additionally, our Help Desk phone system can reroute to any key personnel for application support. We’ll continue to provide the same high level of service to our clients.
We will continue to act in an abundance of caution and follow guidance from the CDC throughout the evolving environment.
