Oklahoma EPSDT School-Based Services Program

ChildrenLocal, regional, and state educational agencies are eligible for enrollment as Medicaid providers. An annual contract between the school district and OHCA is required. Providers are reimbursed for covered IEP medical/mental health-related services rendered to Medicaid eligible children between the ages of birth-21. Services billed to the EPSDT School-Based Program must be provided by staff and contractors meeting program qualifications. Statewide rates are established for each billable service procedure code.
