Key Staff

Meet some of the key staff who make Leader Services the nationwide leader in special education services and software:

Dr. Dane Babboni - National Healthcare Consultant
Dr. Babboni has 12 years of experience in educational administration. As Leader Services' National Healthcare Consultant, he conducts both small- and large-scale presentations for school districts on Leader's special-education software programs and Medicaid Reimbursement programs. He also trains current clients on the software and ensures they receive prompt, efficient customer service.

Dr. Babboni holds a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, Glendale, CA; a Master of Divinity Degree from American Christian Theological Seminary in Anaheim, CA; and a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA.

In addition, he holds a Certified Chaplains Certificate from the Hospital Chaplains Ministry of America, Placentia, CA; a Naval Safety School Certificate from Naval Post-graduate School in Monterey, CA, and was designated as a Naval Aviator at the Naval Training Command in Pensacola, FL.

Daryl Davis - Director, Web and Document Solutions
Daryl Davis manages web application development and technical writing services for Leader. He is the user interface designer for all Leader web applications as well as project manager for multiple development projects.

Mr. Davis has over 15 years' experience in technical writing and over 10 years' experience in programming and project management. He has managed a number of successful development projects for Leader, most recently the development of a web system for Pennsylvania's Department of Education to allow local education agencies in PA to request contingency funding from the state.

Mr. Davis holds a BA in English/Professional Writing from Kutztown University and has completed additional coursework in communication studies, desktop publishing, .NET, XML, Active Directory, and other technologies.

Michael deAnda - National Consultant for Medicaid/Health Programs
Mr. deAnda has several years' experience in managerial and consulting posts with international software firms in California and Spain. He is also a veteran trainer and negotiator.

As Leader Services' National Consultant for Medicaid/Health Programs, Mr. deAnda is responsible for marketing Leader's Medicaid reimbursement services for school-based health programs to clients nationwide, with initial concentration in California. He also trains customers on the programs' function to ensure schools maximize their reimbursement potential.

Mr. deAnda holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California Riverside, CA. He is also bilingual in English and Spanish.

Jeff Eckhart - Senior Director of Software Development
Jeff Eckhart is well-versed in application and database development and serves as application development liaison to many Leader clients. He was a chief architect of Leader's IDEA-tracking application, Children Count, in Pennsylvania and Washington state, and helped manage the development of Leader's highly-successful compliance monitoring systems for Pennsylvania. He currently is charged with business development and management of three programming groups at Leader.

A long-term Leader employee, Jeff has over 20 years' experience in programming and database administration. He has completed coursework in computer science and business, and has completed additional training in SQL Server administration, Active Directory, Progress programming, and other technical subjects.

Gloria Grego - Director of PA School-Based Programs
Ms. Grego has over a decade of experience in Medicaid Reimbursement programs with Leader Services. As the company's Director of PA School-Based Programs, she is responsible for establishing and implementing operational and billing procedures that will efficiently maintain Leader's Medicaid Reimbursement Program accounts.

In addition, she oversees the training of participating Local Education Agencies (LEA) in Pennsylvania on the programs; she has overseen the training of or has herself trained more than 200 LEAs.

Randolph Peiser - Assistant Director of Medicaid Reimbursement Programs
Mr. Peiser has over 30 years' experience with Leader Services as a supervisor and as a developer of training techniques. He also assists in matters of customer service and software development.

Mr. Peiser is Leader Services' Assistant Director of Medicaid Reimbursement Programs in Iowa, Virginia, Minnesota, and Washington. In this role, he trains participating school districts in those states and/or oversees and supports the Leader staff that provides the training. In addition, he is responsible for monitoring monthly reports, processing and claims submissions.

Mr. Peiser studied Communication Studies at the University of San Antonio in Texas.
